The appointment of Dr. Wexler was officially approved by the school board at an April 14 special meeting. Her anticipated start date is July 1, 2026.

Local organizations are invited to learn more about the district's student internship program and how to potentially participate at an informational luncheon on Friday, May 1 at CB South. RSVP is requested by April 24.

Act 48 credits are available for teachers at the May 2 program at Unami, and parents and community members are invited to register to learn actionable strategies for use in school and home settings.

Five CBSD students were successful at the Delaware Valley Science Fair (DVSF) held from March 31-April 2, qualifying them for the prestigious Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) in Phoenix in May.

CBSD will continue the community conversation about screen time and digital wellness at a showing of "Screenagers Next Chapter: Addressing Youth Mental Health in the Digital Age" on Tuesday, May 12 at 7 p.m. at Lenape Middle School

The forum featured a 45-minute Q&A session based on nearly 70 questions submitted by 40 individuals. Dr. Wexler covered topics including special education, equity and access, school climate, rebuilding trust, technology, and the district’s financial outlook.

Currently serving as assistant superintendent of Great Valley School District, Dr. Wexler was selected by the school board following a comprehensive national search and will be introduced to the CB community at a public forum on April 8. The board is scheduled to vote on her official appointment on April 14.
