FYI - Program Ads and One Liners (DUE FRIDAY!!!)
- Families who are interested in buying a "personal ad" to acknowledge your student cast or crew member or a "business ad" to promote a business OR buying one or more "ONE-LINERS" to send their well wishes to any participant(s) in the show, can submit them using the forms below. Please print and fill out the appropriate form(s) and send in to Mrs. Hallman. You can upload ads via Canvas or by emailing them to Mrs. Hallman, and you can pay via MyPaymentsPlus or by sending in a check.
FYI COSTUMES
- Here is the costume information that Ms. Ambrosini went over at rehearsal on Friday 2/6 with the cast.
  - Note that EVERY STUDENT IN THE CAST needs a townsperson costume since we all play a townsperson in the opening number.
  - Check the cast list to be sure you have what you need for your "main role" and for any dance groups and chorus groups you are a part of in addition to your townsperson costume.
  - STUDENTS BRING ALL COSTUMES WITH THEM ON SATURDAY 2/28 TO REHEARSAL SO WE CAN CHECK THAT THEY HAVE EVERYTHING THEY NEED FOR ALL THEIR ROLES!

UPCOMING REHEARSAL SCHEDULE:

SAT 2/28 FULL RUN THROUGH #2 (ALL STUDENTS ATTEND) - 9AM-1PM
- STAGE MANAGERS & ICE DANCERS STAY TIL 2:30
- ELSAS & ANNAS STAY TIL 3:30
- ANY CAST MEMBER WHO WANTS CAN STAY AS LATE AS 4PM IF YOU HAVE THINGS YOU WANT TO GO OVER, REHEARSE, GET HELP WITH
- STUDENTS STAYING AFTER 1 ARE ENCOURAGED TO BRING A LUNCH - WE'LL TAKE A LUNCH BREAK FROM 1-1:30.
- BRING YOUR COSTUMES WITH YOU IN A BAG SO WE CAN GIVE A THUMBS UP OR LET YOU KNOW IF ANYTHING DIFFERENT NEEDED

MON 3/2 DRESS REHEARSAL #1 (ALL STUDENTS ATTEND) - 5:30-9PM
- WEAR MAKE UP & COSTUMES FOR THIS REHEARSAL
TUES 3/3 DRESS REHEARSAL #2 (ALL STUDENTS ATTEND) - 5:30-9PM
- WEAR MAKE UP & COSTUMES FOR THIS REHEARSAL
WED 3/4 - IN SCHOOL PREVIEW PERFORMANCES (20 MINUTES EACH - SELECT SONGS/SCENES FROM THE SHOW)
- ALL STUDENTS GET OUT OF CLASS AT 10:30
- 7th and 8th grade students should bring a lunch this day if possible
- 9th graders will eat with their grade (slightly earlier than normal)
THU 3/5 - PERFORMANCE #1 (ALL STUDENTS ATTEND) - 7PM
- SOUND CREW - 5:30 REPORT
- ACTORS WITH MICS AT BEGINNING OF SHOW - 5:45 REPORT
- STUDENTS GETTING HELP FROM MAKEUP CREW WITH THEIR MAKEUP WILL BE ASSIGNED A TIME TO REPORT
- ALL CAST CREW - 6PM REPORT
