Important Dates
- Schedule Release & Pickup - Thursday, August 20 from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Open House - Wednesday, August 26 from 5:00 - 7:00 (we will have hardcopies of schedules for students that could not make it on Thursday and students can tour and decorate lockers).
- Monday, August 31 - First Day for K, 6th, 7th, 9th, & 10th grade students
- Tuesday, September 1 - First Day for grade 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 11, & 12 students
- Tuesday, September 15 - Picture Day
- Wednesday, September - 6th Grade Back to School Night
- Wednesday, September 23 - 7th & 8th Grade Back to School Night

- Questions/Concerns/Locker Issues - Please use this electronic form to report and issues or concerns. Our counselors and administrators will review this after Thursday to make sure we address these and reach back out before school begins!

- Holicong Locker Tutorial – This short video was created by our Student Leadership team and the QR code will be posted around the school for you to access. shows you how to open a locker…and you can watch it multiple times. But don’t worry…you will have plenty of time to practice on our own locker when you come to Holicong! Written instructions below!
Opening Locker Instructions
- Turn Right: turn the dial several times in a clockwise direction to clear any previous numbers. Then stop on the first number.
- Turn Left: turn the dial counterclockwise, passing the 2nd number once and stop on the second number of your combination the 2.
- Turn Left: Turn the dial counterclockwise, going directly to the third number of your combination.
- Open: Once all the numbers of your combination are aligned with the opening index on the lock, gently pull the shackle or latch upwards to unlock the locker.
